The Mayfair Office Group brings together a wide range of independent Estate Agency firms to make a formidable force in property. Over 300 hundred UK offices working in 47 counties, plus 150 offices active across North America and Australia. 

To meet the growing threat of the big brands within estate agency yet keep their independence, they wanted to create a comprehensive toolkit to allow all their member agencies to co-brand, to visually advertise their part in the larger group. They were aware that if used regularly by offices the length and breadth of the UK, there would be a very significant impact, making their Mayfair Office membership work as hard as possible for them.

Our challenge was to help them promote a powerful united front yet retain individuality. 

The Mayfair Office Group logo identity was evolved to make it as impactful and recognisable as possible, before we embarked on creating the full toolkit.

It was produced to help members and their own printers, print designers and website designers. Our task with Mayfair Office wasn't an easy one, as we had to produce an attractive style that complimented so many other brands.

It included logos, drop in adverts, footers, strap lines, headings, images and story text all of which could be used in conjunction with members own adverts, websites, marketing material, magazines and letterheads.

Our work with one of their member agencies - Zoe Napier Group - meant that we had a in-depth understanding of the challenges and opportunities faced by small independent agencies.
